In association with Ask An Opinion we are offering to undertake an employee consultation / survey of up to 1000 employees for just £1960.00.

This is a basic level employee survey / consultation.

We provide:

• Questionnaire design (multiple choice) HSE based or bespoke.
• Electronic web based questionnaire (if required)
• Data extraction from completed questionnaires
• Basic analysis report (response, per question, per demographic group)
• Extracted data as MS Excel file for further analysis by client.

Not included in this price of £1960.00:

• Printing of paper questionnaires (if required)
• All promotion and ‘marketing’ of survey / consultation to improve response
• Distribution, collection and deliver of paper questionnaires (if required)
• Extraction of handwritten text from paper questionnaire text boxes
• Advanced analysis and reporting (multi demographic / combined question analysis)
• Merging data from previous surveys / consultations
• MS Excel copyrighted analysis tools (see below)
• Cost of any requested site visits, training, presentations, etc.
