Surveys, Questionnaires and Analysis

 

Working with Ask An Opinion we have designed many questionnaires and survey programs including HSE Stress Management Standards consultations. Information on good questionnaire design can be found on the Ask An Opinion web site.  Questionnaires can be designed in many different forms and for many different purposed. For a professional appearance and speed of analysis we always advise the use of optical mark recognition.

 

It is very important that any employee feedback type questionnaire is planned and managed correctly. Considerable damage to employee relationships can result where questionnaires are poorly designed and applied. A failure to act upon the results of a survey can create rumour and suspicion, and even a loss in confidence in management.

 

Many apparently well designed questionnaires fail to perform to expectations because the method of analysis and expected outcomes was not established at design stage.
