We consider ourselves a solutions based consultancy.

The identification of problems is a necessary part of our work but we will always seek to find suitable and appropriate solutions to help you overcome identified problems. For example, when we undertake Stress Management Standards based employee consultations we always suggest that the employees are also consulted on the solutions to the issues being investigated. Experience has shown that employees respond more positively to employee generated solutions than to management imposed solutions.

We have over 14 years experience in the development of effective management strategies. Our experience in health, safety, quality and environmental management systems means that we often adapt existing management systems to minimise unavoidable increases in workloads.

Reducing Sickness and Absenteeism

A key area of improvement for many employers, we have proved effective in reducing employee sickness and absenteeism.

Reducing Workplace Stress

The effective management of workplace stress can have significant financial benefits, however many employers have found that taking shortcuts can have the opposite effect to that intended.

Stress Management Documentation

Structured management systems with clear documentation need not be expensive or time consuming as most existing management systems can be adapted to suit. It is important to remember that stress risk management needs clear record keeping to prove compliance.

Legal Compliance

As stress risk assessments are a legal requirement under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations it is necessary that risk assessment methodology follows best practice guidelines.

Training

Our University qualified and experienced trainers are able to provide you with a range of personal development, employee motivation and stress risk management courses to suit most employees needs.

Employee Consultations

We have considerable experience in questionnaire based employee consultations and surveys, including designing, implementing, analysing and reporting.

Auditing Management Systems

We can provide trained and certified management systems auditors to examine your existing stress or employee health and well-being management systems, and provide you with a report on where in our opinion improvements could be made.
