10 half day courses / workshops (8 full days) for up to 25 employees per course / workshop (total up to 250 employees - less than £20.00 per employee) in the following subjects:

Learn how to stay calm in a crises, how to recognise the difference between pressure and stress, how to manage stressful situations and how to relax both mentally and physically.

How to work under pressure and avoid stress
An essential course for all employers seeking to reduce sickness, absenteeism, errors & accidents and maximise employee productivity.

Work Life Balance
Learn the differences between work, home and social life, assess your personal needs in these areas, create plans to improve work life balance.

Intuitive Communication
Learn how we communicate on a subconscious level, both verbally and visually, and learn techniques that enable you to communicate more effectively, persuasively and powerfully.

Psycho Babble
Stretch your mind, look at what you see and hear from a different perspective and learn more about yourself and those you work with.


Management Staff

5 full one day courses / workshops  for up to 16 employees per course / workshop (total up to 80 managers - less than £63 per manager) in the following subjects:

Recognising and Managing Workplace Stress
Learn the differences between pressure and stress, learn how to minimise unnecessary and avoidable stress, learn how to handle a stress crises, learn best stress management practice and HSE best practice / compliance. Includes HSE information on compliant stress risk assessments.

Avoiding Workplace Bullying and Diversity Issues
A basic level workshop providing managers with guidelines, checklists, best practice and information on what might be considered as discrimination, unfair practice or bullying in the workplace. Covers all diversity subjects including age discrimination.

Undertaking Stress Risk Assessments for Line Managers
More and more employers are delegating the statutory stress risk assessments to their line managers, however HSE stress management best practice is only a guide and how the stress risk assessment is undertaken remains simply a compliance issue. This workshop presents some ‘deemed to satisfy’ solutions that all line managers can use, complete with MS Excel tools, documentation, monitoring systems and reporting methods.
* £5000 excludes costs of venue, equipment hire, refreshments or presenter’s travel and accommodation costs. Courses are arranged with independent specialist trainers and presenters so VAT is not normally applicable.
