Sleepwise Register Application Form


All therapists who wish to be registered on the Sleepwise Register must submit their details on an application form. Click here


There are three essential criteria that need to be satisfied before a therapist or sleep management professional can be registered. The therapist or sleep management professional simply makes a declaration on their application form stating that they comply with all three requirements. The sending of documentary evidence is not normally required.


Registration costs £12.00 (once only payment) All therapists with a web site are expected to provide a link back to Sleepwise from their web site. This may be a text link or a link using the logo on the right. Please include the full web address http://www.sleepwise.co.uk so we can verify it later.

Once the application form has been approved an email confirming this will be sent. Approval is manual so can take up to five days.
Do not make any payment until your application has been approved.


Amendments to existing entries cost £5.00.
Payments for amendments should only be made once receipt has been confirmed.
