Workshops are a very good method for establishing the needs and weaknesses of individuals, whilst imparting essential knowledge to the full team.
The presenter coach will often be fully aware of the issues within the group attending
the workshop and might even have worked one-
Types of Workshops
All workshops are designed to meet the needs of the client in terms of operational needs and identified employee needs. This may include compliance issues, e.g. stress risk minimisation, policy compliance, e.g. bullying and harassment, or personal development skills, e.g. management competencies, calmer driver, managing pressure, etc.

We offer ‘standard’ workshops (see list on left). These also offer considerable savings as the development work has already been completed.
Development time is charged at £45.00 per hour
Presentation time is charged at £840.00 per half day or £1420.00 per full day
Plus -
Venue costs ‘at cost’ plus 10%
Expenses ‘at cost’ plus 10%
Travel by car at £0.60 per mile (over 50 miles per day).

All clearly defined and specified work is quoted as fixed price.
Where we are unable to quote as a fixed price, or where additional work may be ordered, we will provide a clear charging schedule and pre start approval system.

Choose a full day of workshops (see list on left) and we will present this at half price.
That’s just £710.00 for up to 20 attendees + venue and expenses (if appropriate) for a whole day’s training!
Establishing Training and Learning Needs
We have experienced associates who are able to undertake training needs assessments, including 360 degree consultations.
Many employers choose to combine such an exercise with a stress risk assessment, IIP and other employee feedback exercises.
