wish to take part in the Free Corbiere
National Employee Health & Well-being Survey?

All employers who take part in this survey will have free access to an
on-line HSE style employee consultation questionnaire and receive a free data file of their results.

This questionnaire will gather employee health and well-being related data, including stress related issues using the HSE’s recommended 35 basic consultation questions, plus sickness and absenteeism data, and a broad range of essential demographic data to enable effective and detailed analysis.

You must provide us with your organisation’s name, plus the start and finish dates when your employees will be accessing and completing the online questionnaire. We will provide you with a web address, user ID and password, which you distribute to your employees.

Once the finish date has past we will extract the data relating to your organisation and send your the raw data as an MS Excel file for you to analyse and produce your own reports as necessary.

Your data will remain with us but all references to your organisation or company will be removed so that the information cannot be attributed to your organisation / company at a later date.  

To take part please send us an email confirming this with your organisation or company name, a start date when employees will be accessing the questionnaire and a finish date after which your data can be extracted.

Please Note

This free service does not include any data analysis. You will simply receive the response data in a MS Excel file for you to analyse yourself.

If you require any data analysis, analysis reports, stress or diversity risk assessments based on the data, or access to our advanced self-analysis tools, we will provide you with a fixed price quotation.

We are also able to undertake analysis and produce reports based on previous employee consultations, mapping the old and new data, identifying common data points and benchmarks, and providing tools to enable you to undertake further self-analysis in your own time.
