Anger management is best undertaken on a one-to-one therapy basis, however you might wish to try one of our standard anger management recordings.

 

These recordings use creative visualisations and basic hypnotherapy techniques designed to help you delay the emotional anger trigger sufficient time to allow you to control any potential emotional outbursts. They also help you recognise potential anger situations and introduce you to techniques for controlling your emotions before they activate an anger trigger.

Deep Effect Anger Management *   £13.99

This is a 30 minute recording where the user should be undisturbed either sitting or lying down and using headphones or earphones to listen to the recording.

Users should be prepared to listen to the recording at least five times during a seven day period to maximise effectiveness.

This recording is suitable for listening to prior to night-time sleep but if used this way headphones or earphones of some type need to be used to maximise effectiveness.

Quick Recovery from Anger     £13.99

This is a 10 minute recording where the user should be undisturbed either sitting or lying down and using headphones or earphones to listen to the recording.

To be used as an emergency control to dampen the anger and restore emotional balance. It is most effective when used after having regularly listened to the ‘Deep Effect Anger Management’ recording as it draws on some of the techniques introduced in that recording.

This recording is NOT suitable for listening to prior to night-time sleep and should not be used 30 minutes before night-time sleep.
