Our services are often requested by employers who have individual employees who are suffering from stress related problems. Often the employer is genuinely concerned for the health and well-being of that employee, however they are also aware that should a stress related claim come to court, employers are often expected to prove that they are a caring employer, so providing timely support to stressed employees makes good business sense.

We are able to offer professionally qualified and experienced stress management support to help individuals overcome stress problems and return to work. This stress management support includes both one-to-one mentoring for the individual and consultation with management and co-workers to ensure that the best conditions for a successful return to work are created.

Some of the mentoring can be arranged in association with training courses to target identified needs and issues.

Smaller organisations / businesses can also take advantage of our Employee Management business coaching service.
